Connect Xb1 to xbox 360 live?

I have an Xbox one and I want to play backwards compatible games online unfortunately my profile can't connect to Xbox Live for that

Xbox 360 game but on Xb1 hanzdich live and gold

Did you ever have a 360?

So either the console you want to play online with is banned

Or after several complete Reset Bund re-download the profile it works.

Or Option 3 the WLAN / LAN or the network of the console is junk and therefore can't connect to the Internet.
