Xbox one S no sound over headset, what to do?

I have an Xbox one s in the otherwise everything goes but strange white I get since yesterday no sound on my headset. I have a chat adapter that works, the headset is not broken and all the solutions from the internet are not synonymous! Maybe someone knows something would be very grateful for a solution!
