I got NEN XBox One controller, unfortunately I had to find that the A, B, X and Y buttons usually something to pinch, and the A button does not come out by itself, or something long for that needs. Can I do something about it, since exchange would only be the last solution
If it is a new purchase of an original controller from Microsoft, your experience will surprise me a lot. I have numerous controllers and such a problem after the purchase is completely unknown to me.
I can only really advise you to change it. Such a flaw should not occur with a new acquisition and if you try to repair it yourself the warranty expires.
So exchange as soon as possible.
