Xbox error code: 8015190A?

I can no longer sign in to my Xbox Live account on my Xbox (Xbox 360). At first I thought that it was just a malfunction at XBL, a day later the error was still there.

Today I tried to remove my profile and download it again (I was able to log in with my profile but had no access to XBL), now I can no longer log in with my account.

Then I get the following error code: see above

Does anyone know what I should do or should I contact Microsoft support tomorrow?

I would appreciate any helpful answer 😀

PS: I have no problems on xbox.com (PC, smartphone).

No I did not. 2 days ago everything still worked.

If it couldn't be done at all, I would reset the console to factory settings and then set it up again

The Microsoft official page on the issue recommends changing your Xbox avatar so that the account is re-synced:

Note: You can make any change to the avatar because the change will sync your account to your profile.

Start the Xbox Avatar Editor app.

Save from.

Try signing in to your Xbox 360 console or try playing your Xbox 360 Backward Compatible song again.

Then the best thing to do is actually contact Xbox support: https://support.xbox.com/...ontact-us/

They see such problems probably 100 times a day and can help quickly. Then please let me know whether it worked!

I found another way on YT. I just extended my GPU subscription and then canceled it right away.
After that, I was able to log in as normal and everything was restored.
