My Xbox Controller does not want to connect to the PC?

My Xbox One wireless controller does not want to connect to the PC although everything was done as on the page and a bluetooth plug is present.

Try with cable. If that works on the bluetooth plug

With me it works only in the steam big picture mode if I want to use the wireless
