Yes, my Xbox Game bar has been broken since today, when I press Windows G it comes up:

I've already done everything it says:

What else can I do to make it work again, I've already reset the app.

This is a current and already known problem from Windows, and will probably be fixed soon with an update or on the server side from Microsoft. Until then, your only solution is to temporarily uninstall the Game Bar
