When downloading vin games on my Xbox one s I have an average of 40Mbits. I do not know exactly how much my line can and what a contract my mother made but the highest true times around the 150 Mbits. Therefore I ask myself I have a good Connection, how many Mbits you have Average and bring it aug glass fiber to change?
Maximum are about 800 Mbps.

Fiber is much faster, in download and upload. If there's a good provider offering this, I would recommend it to you. But only if the whole family could use it. But for the general Gamen a fiber optic cable is already recommended.
I have a 100 Mbit cable via cable television (vodafone cable). If I connect via the cable router via WLAN with my self-assembled PC, I have about 5% loss.
