Xbox one technology headset?

I have a problem since this morning my headset is not working anymore i hear everything though when others are talking (in a party) but i can't answer a simple replacement headset i tried it but went short after changing the battery the console is restarted several times with no effect my nat is also open defend nice if someone could help me.

What's up with your name in the party? Separated? Connection is established? Could be the network settings my friend has too!
