Patch xbox 360 roms in german?

I downloaded a black ops 1 rom because the campaign wants to play again but it is in english and i wanted to know if i can patch it somehow in german or something

Yes you need a language pack or the German .iso or rom.

You need a language pack with the audios, texts, ui, etc. And then you have to patch the iso.
