Can I buy credit with a mobile phone?

I have 30 euro of credit on my cell phone and would like to use valuable ones such as buying an xbox voucher or Amazon voucher on which platform I could do it

I wanted to buy the crew 2
On xbox x and used my phone number as a payment method
And that doesn't work so I have to find another way to use my credit
