Too little credit PS4?

I loaded 20 euro into my PSN account 2 days ago to buy The Last of Us Remasterd, but when I tried to buy it it said that I did not have enough credit. After a few tries and a restart of the PS4, it worked.

Today I wanted to buy The Last Of Us Part 2 and now I have exactly the same error. I restarted the PS4 several times and reconnected to the internet. I already tried to buy it on the website. I have now contacted the support by phone and sent them screenshots. Maybe someone can help me here.

My credit is 70.30 euro

But I only need 69.99 euro

Has anyone ever had the same problem?

Had times on Google Play that I couldn't buy it because I got part of the credit through the Google Surveys app. Maybe it's something like that.
