Xbox One Party attendees will be displayed on the screen as they speak, how can I issue that?

As in the title, the participants in a normal screen at the top left are displayed to me as soon as they speak or the microphone sounds a sound. Very annoying! Because it greatly affects the gsmeplay.

When you open the party menu and the party, the first setting among the participants is the voice overlay. There you can put it on or off.

Directly below you also have the option, if it is because of the position and transparency set.

The overlay settings are initially disabled by default. So you have to set it on yourself first.
