My Nintendo Switch has problems with my code?

I have a problem and although I can code to 35 swiss francs not redeem. I was already at the customer website but after that I was just more confused. Can anyone tell me what I have to do it comes again and again if I want to enter the code that I can't do it in my own country but I bought the code and the switch on the same day in Switzerland and there I live it would have to work. I can only really advise you to try it again at Nintendo. However, you should write an e-mail / message to the customer service and describe your problem explicitly. That certainly has the greatest chance of success besides Nintendo's customer service is relatively good anyway. 👍
