Since today my Nintendo Switch Lite has problems with the Nintendo eShop.
I get the error code 2813-0990 with the message "The connection to the server was interrupted due to timeout due to user inactivity. Please restart Nintendo eShop and try again."
Have tried it a few times, also switch on / off with the console, nothing helps. Previously, I had problems with DNS name resolution, but I was apparently able to fix it by changing my WLAN settings.
Some faults in the server connection are also displayed on allestault.de today. Is my malfunction probably part of it, so do others receive similar error messages, or do I have another problem?

I asked support earlier, but I only got highly technical instructions for any router settings that I was left alone with. The second question was answered with the fact that the shop is probably very busy given the situation, somewhere else there's some maintenance work. Too much different information. : 'D
