Nintendo eshop purchased game does not appear in my home menu?

I just bought a game in the eshop on the Switch (with these gold points) but it is not displayed in the home menu of my Switch. I was also back in the eshop and tried to download it again, but it still doesn't appear. Does anyone know why?

Is it stored on the micro SD card or on the system storage?

Then put the SD out, restart the switch and then back in again. Maybe the SD is also junk. Try (if possible) to start other games from the SD
