Will there be or will there be an original Pokemon role-playing game on the smartphone that can be played like Nintendo / Gameboy games?

I wanted to know if someone knows something or if there will be in the future?

It doesn't exist, but you can use emulators to pull older games onto your smartphone. It's "illegal" though (but Nintendo has nothing to lose if you get a game this way that they haven't sold for a long time anyway)
