Nintendo Switch console not responding?

I want to play acnh with my friend but i have problems connecting.

It shouldn't be because of the internet (full Wi-Fi bar) I can travel to other islands online without any problems, but they can't. What should we do?

1. Restart the switch

2. Switch the home network off and on again

3. Move the switch closer to the router

4. Remove all metallic objects and electrical devices from the vicinity of the Nintendo Switch and the router. If the router allows this, change the frequency band.

If that didn't help then write to Nintendo.
