Nintendo Switch joy cons not responding (even new ones bought)?

The Joy Cons from my Nintendo Switch no longer work.

My old ones were broken, but were still going. Then I bought new ones and wanted to connect them. The problem now is that no controller is responding anymore.
Both the new and the old ones no longer work, so I can't press any buttons. Can someone help me?

Are you sure the Joy-Con battery is charged? Charge all Joy-Con once and try again.

Check in the settings whether your system software is up to date. If not, update to the latest version.
