I want to buy a game on my Nintendo Switch, for this game I'm missing about 10 euro on my PayPal account, I have 14 euro credit. This has recently been the custom at PayPal. With this, unauthorized registered "customers" are filtered out and blocked by PayPal.
Without your credit card number, you will be stuck with PayPal permanently.
If you are of legal age, it is no problem to get a credit card from your account-holding bank.

Have you entered correct data in your PayPal account, especially correct date of birth?
If not, the ban will follow anyway - forever.
And if you are of legal age, the only solution is that you deliver what PayPal requests.
