Switch Animal crossing edition sold out?

I think it's funny that the Switch is always sold out, even though Nintendo said itself that it is available all the time and is not a limited edition. Can someone tell me what's going on for a long time. I can only find them for almost 600 euro

I also have a switch and the game. I think it's so expensive because it's very handy and the games are so great. If you already have a Switch, just buy the game in normal in the Nintendo e Shop.
