About a week ago I sent my switch lite for repair because of a defect on the left analog stick. I got it again today… Like new… Too new. All gone! At least I was able to log in with my old account, but that was it. All game data (animal crossing) gone.
Can you still do something about that?! : 'C

I'm sorry, that's impossible. But if you have a Nintendo membership, you could have saved your saved data in the cloud. So you would have had a back-up. That's how I always do it, just in case.
