Hey somebody just came to pick up my nintendo switch which I had placed on ebay classifieds. I insisted that she have to pay with Paypal because I didn't want it in cash. Then she transferred via buyer protection on site and then left with the product.
Now I see with PayPal that my money will be withheld. How do I get my money?

why do you refuse to pay cash? The buyer can now open a case at PayPal for a full 180 (!) Days and report an item that has not been received.
prepare yourself that your money is gone.
As the previous speakers said so well, that was the stupidest thing you could have done.
The money is gone. Be prepared for it. You have neither proof of delivery, nor proof that the item was picked up.
Next time just take the cash and it's good.
That was a classic own goal. If the buyer now claims that they have not received anything, PayPal will ask you for proof of shipment. You don't have it, so PP sends the money back to the sender.
If you are lucky, the buyer marks the product as "received" and the money will be paid out to you.

With such a stupid campaign, it is hard to believe that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity.
