Withheld Ebay payment?

I sold a Nintendo DS with games on Ebay about 3-4 weeks ago, I sent the item to the person. The payment has been withheld to this day, so I looked at Paypal to see what was going on on the subject, I was shown that the money is expected to arrive on the 23rd, today is the 23rd. But the money is still not there.

If it says "anticipated", that doesn't necessarily mean exactly on the 23rd. It can also be later… The best thing to do is look again tomorrow
