I don't think you can find that out with the serial number… Normally in Germany you can return a product for 30 days if it breaks by itself (not if you throw it against a wall), most manufacturers take it for up to two years returned after purchase

both from Mediamarkt and 1 was bought plus protection guarantee with the ps4 and the one normal I just want to know who is who because the 1 is defective
