I have a question and I do not want to receive the notification from some friends on my Ps4. I mean this pop up notification. Whether you can also set the user-defined. Because sometimes I get invitations from people 6 times in a row, so I go crazy! 😞

You can't hide notifications from individual people. However, you can hide individual notification types such as: invitations, friend requests, messages, events, etc.
