PS4: Why is my R1 button not working?

I needed help: my PS4 controller is crazy.

My R1 button is recognized as R2 - for whatever reason - I've tried everything but it doesn't work. Has anyone had the problem yet?

In which game? Warzone? You can change that.
You have to select a different configuration in the control options, e.g. Bumper ping or the standard.

Yes I problem in every game 😅 so generally does not work

Then the controller is at A. Either send it in and repair it or unscrew it and look for the problem yourself…
