Ps4 won't pull in CD and won't read it?

My ps4 has not pulled in any CD's since a small accident (dropped on the floor) and if you do it manually it won't read the CD (as if there weren't any)

Does anyone know why and can help?

In a nutshell, the drive is broken, you can simply buy it and also swap it relatively easily. There are plenty of tutorials on Youtube
