So I don't need to buy a blu ray device to play the films, can I put them into the Xbox one right?

Yes the Xbox One has a BluRay drive with which you can watch BluRays.

Yes, that's right 👍 Only on Xbox One (not 360) and no UHD Blu-ray.

There are both, but UHD BluRay are special BluRay discs. It says that too. If it is just the normal BluRay case (blue) it works.
