Hi, I just don't know what to do and I really need help. Have a Connect Box that disconnects the Internet with all devices for a few seconds each time. It gets annoying when you're connected to the PlayStation online and kicked out of the lobby. The question is worth exchanging the Connect Box with another one, with a Fritz box or rather the provider and if so, which one would be the most suitable? Another problem is that my apartment is contracted with UM, shouldn't it be a problem to get Wi-Fi from another provider?
I'm convinced of Fritzbox. Had problems with other providers in the past, but since I've changed everything has been running smoothly.
Which Fritz box could you recommend to me? I don't believe that the new Connect Box should work better if I order one.
