What to do if the data on the PS4 is defective?

I have a problem with my PS4 and I hope someone can help me. When I slide the disc for GTA 5 into the drive, it shows me something about "defective data" (see photo). Why is that and what can you do about it.

Or the reader as a whole has a defect, the PS4 has been on the bucket for a few years in the meantime.

Go to the local memory of the ps4 and from there to the saved games of gta V. It could be that there's a defective saved game that does not start the game. You then have to delete this defective game.
