I bought a Ps4 game at age 18 from Saturn. Now I seem to have to personally accept the package and show my ID to confirm my age. However, the package is sent in the morning where I'm, however, at work.
How can I take the package now? Can I give my ID to my parents to show it to the supplier? Or does it work even if my parents show their own ID?
It is taken back to the parcel center (post office DHL?) And waited for pickup of the rightful person. Card in the mailbox as info.
Yes, the parents could accept it with your ID card!
Obviously it is an age-tested program and only you and no one else is allowed to accept the program. Not your parents either.
If you are not at home you pick up the shipments in a post office.
Almost all the answers here are NOT HELPFUL
just google "DHL prescription".
Parents do not even need to show the ID. (In my experience, additional services such as personal but also like to be ignored by the delivery staff.
From DHL website
Additional service
The delivery person checks the age of the recipient (recipient or other recipient) with an official photo document. This may be waived if the deliverer can clearly assume, on the basis of the overall circumstances, that the receiving person reaches the minimum age. There's no age documentation.
Are entitled to receive
the specified recipient,
the authorized representative indicated by written power of attorney,
as well as relatives of the recipient and other persons present in the recipient's premises.
Each adult person at the delivery address. ID card of the non-present recipient brings nothing

So my parents can only accept the package with their own ID card?
Yes, and the deliverer will not ask if they are obviously older than 18. Parents of an 18-year-old are usually at an age when they are not considered as adolescents.
