Will my game save be deleted?

I have a question about Rainbow six Siege on the Ps4 and I have had the game shared by a colleague and now this colleague no longer shared it, I have now decided to buy the game myself, but first have to delete the game to get it to buy. Will my game save also be deleted? Or the score stays the same because I invested a lot of money in the game would be really bad if everything is deleted.
