Which is a beginner friendly mmorpg?

I'm looking for a mmorpg where you can quickly join a guild or clan. The controls shouldn't be too complicated. Maybe someone has a recommendation or is already active in such a game.

An MMORPG is a massively multiplayer online role playing game.

A first person shooter that is essentially designed for online multiplayer would be an MMOFPS. They are rare.
