I try now for 2 days in vain to install the Fortnite Update 2.37 on my son's PS4. The message always appears: "The update file can't be installed".

Your memory is full delete some pictures or videos. Did you try that?
According to the system are still 400GB free. The update itself has something with 5.1GB. So it should be free enough memory. Or do I understand something wrong?
Yesterday all screenshots etc deleted. Memory is enough there. I do not know how to continue.
