Small talk while gambling?

If you are gambling with one or more people and are talking. Do you do small talk then? And how do you feel about it?

If I gamble with a person and they do that, it's more of a nuisance. Especially when I have to make an effort. I'm then fully concentrated and my colleague then babbles something about… What happened to him earlier. As an an example. And at the PS4 party, you can't directly mute people, I get a fit every time.

Since I've only had the headset for a short time and have never really talked while gaming with others, I have no picture of it. I was only in parties with 4 people.

And I have the feeling that I seem unsympathetic when I'm calm and only use the VC for callouts. Yes, a little smalltall is okay, I do too. But constantly talking, laughing and not paying attention to the game, I could burst.

How do you handle it and is it unappealing if you just callout? I'm very little interested in the human and especially when I play I can't have useless mess.

When, I'm with friends, we love to talk. It also depends on the game. When we play GTA Online, for example, where you often have to drive long distances and where the in-game sound is not so important, we like to talk about things other than the game itself, laugh and have fun. For example, when we play Rainbow Six Siege, we pretty much only talk about the game because the sound is very important in the game. I also play on ps4 and at Rainbow Six, or when I'm at parties with many people (8 or more), the volume priority is in-game sound instead of party sound. You can easily set this in the quick menu under party (hold down the PS button). This setting allows you to control exactly how much you want to hear from the party and how much you want to hear about the game.
