My PS4 does not go into safety mode but switches itself off what should I do?

Recently, my PS4 has only been glowing dark blue and not turning on (apparently called this the Blue Light of Death). Now the solution is always saying I should put my PS in safety mode (press the power button for 7 seconds) But instead of the safety mode appearing after 7 seconds, the PS goes off. What can be the reason and what else can I do?

I would take them to media markt or where you bought them, they can fix it. If you have a guarantee you don't have to pay anything.
