Ps4 safety mode occurs repeatedly?

About a month ago I had the problem that my Ps4 had switched to safety mode. So nice, so good. I used the popular search engine and with a little patience got everything running again (the Playstation was then completely reset to 0, but you can live with it) now I have the same game on the screen again, only this time the love sat down Part in the middle of use in the safety mode. I just want to clap it on the wall -.- does anyone have an idea why it could be that this is happening again now?

Your PlayStation could be faulty. After a reset, everything should work normally, but it happens repeatedly. I could hardly imagine anything else.

Just cancel if that doesn't work, download the latest Playstation version from your PC to a USB stick and plug it into the PS4 :)
