Short question, my PS4 was banned so I can go to my garkein account or (log in) and wanted to know where I can see how long I have been banned I did not receive an email and can't call Playstation because I'm a minor and who would ban my account which still works that's why I wrote an email to Playstation 2 days ago but they still haven't answered so now my question can be experienced somehow differently whether you were banned permanently or only for 30 days?
It may also be that Playstation only saved your IP because a neighbor or one of your accounts was banned. Try to turn off the router and wait 5 minutes and then turn it on again. You should usually have a new IP
Edit: I had that two weeks ago, try to log into your account on your mobile phone, so on the Internet, if that doesn't work properly then you only have a IP block or your account has been completely banned
