Why does it say that my Ps4 is overheating even though it is mega cool?

My Ps4 is mega cool but it still says that it is overheating, if I touch the case I would estimate 5-10 degrees. My fan is also working way too much air. For some reason, it emits a lot of air. I have already cleaned it, but the fan continues to work for no reason… Can anyone help?
