Paypal Ps4 Payment Debit Agreement?

I wanted to buy a game for a friend and do it directly on his account through my PayPal. Every time I try an error message or something comes up on the ps4. And I get an email from PayPal that says the direct debit agreement that enabled Sony to make the payment for the booking has been concluded. And I have no idea what that means and how I can deactivate it because it keeps happening

That Sony can debit your PayPal account.

But it doesn't and that is the problem

Then I would write / call the PayPal and / or Sony support.
