Games make me permanently depressed?

Whether Fifa, GTA, COD, no matter what. In the beginning it is great but after a while playing games derbies develop with me and I have to switch off the Playstation and return to the real life again. Is that logical?

You do not get depression in a few minutes / hours and then leave so quickly…

But if you know that you are depressed for a long time, then you can easily counteract by playing less.

Games that have no story and no end sometimes seem frustrating. Sometimes you need a singleplayer game with a story that you can play at your own pace. There you can at least reach an end and complete a story. (Yesterday Detroid: Become Human finished - was very interesting).

If only I played WoT, I would burn out after three months.

It was more of a short depressive phase. I know that.

Er

There are no short periods of depression, depression is a disease and you do not even have it for a few hours. You can't talk about depression for more than 2 weeks, not before!

ou

Oh God, do not be such a bean counter. Maybe I play several weeks in a row? You copied something from Wikipedia and want to teach me a better one.

Er

Many use the word depression and throw it around as if it has no meaning. Depression just does not stop when you do not do one thing at a time, but it usually stays the whole life without treatment, there are also those who have gotten rid of them alone but that's just mild depression. Go to the therapist and he'll tell you what's wrong with you.

Then it was not depression but what then? Was it me too stupid?

Er

It's a normal reaction because gambling is not healthy, so your body wants to go back to reality.
