Higurashi for PS4?

Higurashi has been my favorite manga for a long time and therefore it goes without saying that I want to play the actual game as well. Well… I don't have any suitable consoles and the mobile edition doesn't work.

In an article (https://jpgames.de/2018/09/higurashi-no-naku-koro-ni-hou-erscheint-auch-fuer-ps4/) I read that it should actually still appear for PS4, but I couldn't find anything more than this picture with the cover:

Does anyone know anything more specific? Is that only available in Japan? Does it have English subtitles? Where can i get this?

JP only and no subtitles. Neither English, let alone German. PC and fan translation (English) is the only option.

If the mobile edition doesn't work and you don't have a suitable console. Are you still getting the right console for it?

The visual novel doesn't seem to exist in the West, but there's a sound novel on Steam. Maybe a little consolation.

However, the reboot of Highrashi, which is ongoing in the next season, could spark interest. This makes localization for America more likely.

I hadn't planned on buying an older console as I'm not really a fan of retro games. So I was hoping for a remake for PS4.
