Why is my PS5 only capable of 60hz even though I have a 120hz television?
I have a LG CX and somehow I can't receive 120 Hz because someone has an idea why?

The menu / interface of the PS5 is always output in 4K60hz. You only get in-game at 4K120hz, provided that the respective game supports such a mode at all.
You need an hdmi 2.1 cable, and the LG must also have an hdmi 2.1 connection, which I think it has.
