Hi, today I got an e-mail saying that my Playstation Network ID was changed even though I didn't change anything myself (I play on PS4). When I logged in to my PSN account, it always said that either my ID (e-mail) or password were invalid. If I then go to Forgot my password and enter my e-mail address there, I still don't get an e-mail. Thank god my bank card has long since been blocked. My big fear is only if it really is a hacker and deletes all my game statuses or in the worst case my entire account. I really don't know what to do next. Do you have any ideas?
