Playstation 4 download error?

I pre-ordered cyberpunk on my ps4 and my PC 5 months ago and wanted to download it today on the ps4 because preloading didn't work and I went into the library, went to cyberpunk 2077 and wanted to "load" it. I pressed it but i was kicked out and the download didn't start. I have to buy new cyberpunk on the playstation store, but I even have a confirmation that I bought cyberpunk. Maybe someone knows what's going on. Sony will take a long time to answer so I'll try to find help here

Since this question has been asked extremely often, I simply suspect that the servers are overloaded as always when something new comes out because everyone wants to download. Just wait and maybe try again before you go to sleep.

I have the same problem on the playstation and have already tried to contact customer service but so far I have not come through… 🙄
