Headset with 3d audio?

I'm looking for a cheap headset with 3d audio, I found a video where the Steelseries Arctis 1 headset was presented. This should have the 3D audio function but nowhere, for example on Amazon it says that it has 3D audio.

My question is if anyone has the headset and knows if it has 3d audio, I would use it on the Ps5 and Ps4.
