Why is not the payment via PayPal in the Ps Store?

I recently got a Ps4 and wanted to buy Sims4 in the ps store. I have entered my e-mail and my password for PayPal, have been able to confirm the age and have accepted that everything I buy on the Ps4 is debited via PayPal. But then comes "an error has occurred" and jumps back to the start page even though I have typed everything to 100% correct.

After several repetitions, I gave it up.

Can anybody help me further?
