Ps4 frozen after system update?

Yesterday I installed the 4.70 update on my PS4 Pro.

Shortly thereafter, my console is frozen and it can neither operate the controller nor changes what if you turn on the console again.

I have tried it already on the safe mode, there's also the problem on the controller is not recognized and I can therefore not select the options.

Sony told me to send them one. The cost would be about 200 to 350 euro, where I ask myself the question whether this is really worth it or whether you prefer not to buy a new console into consideration.

If the ps4 does not recognize the controller then connect it to the ps4 at times worked well for me. If it does not work then probably your system has crashed (was with me too) you have to put it on again.
