TV defective or hdmi cable?

I need help or tips and tricks from you. I have a playstation 4 slim since 2017

And a Blaupunkt TV. I never had any problems but since 2 weeks something bothers me. I see on my screen vertical black stripes wide black stripes. Googled and found out that it may be banding. Especially on the right side it is stronger and in dark pictures you can see it very disturbing when playing fifa, fortnite and call of Duty.It makes me crazy I tried everything nothing helped. Can it be perhaps because of ps4 because if I go to ps4 on sound and screen settings as a white line is short and disappears again do you have a idde what I can do about it but to buy a new TV? Is it vlt s.hdmi cable from the ps4 what I use?
