Ps4 NAT type 50,000 line change?

Since I use HTP's 50,000 fiber line, I have a problem with the NAT type on my Ps4. Instead of NAT Type 2, I always get Type 3, so I can't talk to friends in a party, for example.

PS: I have the Fritzbox 7360 and have already tried it with any port shares

Does anyone know a solution to this problem, because I could not find anything on the Internet.
